Apartment Interior | Sofia, Bulgaria | 2015

We designed this three-bedroom apartment in a minimalistic style. Due to its change of use (from office to residential), there were functional and aesthetic problems we had to solve by taking a more comprehensive approach to the interior design.
In order to improve the narrow and irregularly shaped spaces, we used visual simplicity in the design, along with pale surfaces that would better catch the daylight. An exposed concrete floor unifies the corridor and the open-plan living area. The bedrooms, being more private spaces, have wood parquet flooring.
The highlights of the space are the luminaires as well as the paintings made by the studio. Textile surfaces and wood texture were used to add cosiness to the achromatic spaces.
