Interior for two apartments with the same layout

The project comprises two identical apartments located one above the other in a new residential building. The clients are young people /a brother, and a sister/, leading a minimalist lifestyle, and accordingly, their wish was to keep the interior clean of unnecessary furniture and details.
With minimum interventions to the layout, two full-fledged and comfortable bathrooms have been developed, one for each bedroom. A closet in the hallway takes on the function of a storeroom and hides the kitchen installations. Opposite to the closet, there is a long mirrored wardrobe, which visually expands the corridor and reflects the natural light coming from the opposite windows. Comfortable and functional living and dining areas have been developed. They are not separated from the entrance hall, integrating them into one continuous space. The kitchen is divided into two areas to provide enough worktop space and to accommodate all the necessary appliances. The east bedrooms have been extended to provide a spacious area for sporting activities. They have a sliding mirror, which can shade one of the windows. The clients shared their vision for the two apartments to have the same layout and materials but different color palettes.
